Each of my cups is unique. Featuring my favourite plants, they are little pieces of original ceramic art that can be used every day. They are food-safe, microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe, although hand-washing is recommended to preserve the surface over time.
This tall cup features Coastal Tea Tree (Leptospermum laevigatum) which grows in my local area of Victoria.
The cup is made of smooth white clay, painted with indigo underglaze, and carved to create the surface design. It is clear glazed on the inside. The outside is unglazed, with a slight sheen to the indigo underglaze and a matte clay background.
