Round-Leaf Mallee (Eucalyptus orbifolia) was my favourite eucalyptus on the Larapinta Trail in the Northern Territory.
The vase is made of smooth red clay, painted with underglaze and carved to create the botanical design. A clear glaze is applied to the inside and to the plant only, leaving the background matte.
