This small vase was created during my residency at BigCi Australia. It features Fringe Lily from Wollemi National Park.
The vase is built in smooth white clay, painted with slip and underglaze, and carved to create the botanical design. The exterior is unglazed, with a velvety matte quality. The inside is clear glazed.
